In order to garantee its investors' protection and meet international legal requirements, Law no. 2003-706 of 1st August 2003, on financial security, created the new specific status of financial investments adviser ('CIF'), governed by Articles L. 541-1 et seq. of the Monetary and Financial Code.

 To provide a fully guaranteed service, ARIAS Finance is registered and guaranteed as follows:

Financial Investment Adviser

Approved by the Financial Market Authority ('AMF') - see reference N° E 001755 Member of the ANACOFI-CIF,

Property agent

Professional accreditation No. T 12976 issued by the Prefecture of PARIS,

Financial guarantee

Insurance policy no. RC IP0064 from the CGPA.

Additionally, all the partners and the team at ARIAS Finance undergo continuous professional training in order to maintain the highest levels of technical knowledge; a vital requirement for financial investment advisers.

The Confidentiality

Ethics and the code of professional conduct are at the root of everything the company does.

All the partners and employees of ARIAS Finance are bound by the strictest confidentiality code, and are thus prohibited from using any confidential information which they may acquire for personal purposes.

Everyone at ARIAS finance is bound by professional secrecy and undertakes not to deviate from this rule except when so required by the regulatory or judicial authorities.
